We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Decodrop. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used bath bombs, bubble bars, bath dust, or other bath and body products.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, including custom mugs.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@decodropza.com and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
