Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and personalized products may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order value:

• Orders up to R250.00: R129 shipping
• Orders from R250.01 to R749.99: R99 shipping
• Orders of R750.00 or more: Free shipping

Delivery Times

Standard shipping within South Africa typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

International Shipping

We currently ship within South Africa only.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@decodropza.com and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at hi@decodropza.com. We will investigate the matter with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
